Samtycke

För att kunna genomföra skolfotografering på er skola och inkludera ditt barn i skolkatalogen behöver vi ditt samtycke till fotografering. Vänligen fyll i uppgifterna nedan för att lämna samtycke till att fotografier tas samt sparas under ett år. Därefter anonymiseras bilderna och lagras endast på en extern hårddisk hos fotografen. Bilderna kommer endast användas till skolkatalogen och Schoolsoft samt finnas tillgängliga för försäljning till er föräldrar. De kommer inte delas med annan part eller användas i andra sammanhang.

Vi behöver dina uppgifter snarast.

Samtycket gäller tills vidare eller tills du aktivt återkallar det.

Ange vilken IES-skola ditt barn ska gå på genom att välja i rullgardinen.

Ange också klass med en siffra och eventuellt bokstav, t ex 1A.

Endast ett barn per formulär. 

Om du redan fyllt i och skickat in behöver du inte göra det igen trots att skolan påminner.

In order to carry out school photography at your school and include your child in the school directory, we need your consent to photography. Please fill in the information below to give consent for photographs to be taken and saved for one year. After that, the images will be anonymized and stored only on an external hard drive at the photographer. The images will only be used for the school directory and Schoolsoft and will be available for sale to your parents. They will not be shared with other parties or used in other contexts.

We need your information as soon as possible. The consent is valid until further notice or until you actively revoke it.

Specify which IES school your child will attend by selecting from the drop-down menu. Also specify the class with a number and possibly a letter, e.g. 1A.

Only one child per form.

If you have already filled in and submitted, you do not need to do it again, even though the school reminds you.
